Free Use

FleaWinder™ for desktop (Windows and macOS) is free to download and use. An occasional reminder popup will appear while the app is running. FleaWinder Pocket for iOS is available on the App Store.

License

When you purchase a FleaWinder™ desktop license, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license key that removes the reminder popup. You may use the license on unlimited devices that you own or control. You may also purchase a license as a gift for another person.

iOS License

FleaWinder Pocket for iOS is licensed through the Apple App Store. Your iOS purchase is governed by Apple's standard terms of service.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the software or your license key
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Bundle, resell, or use the software for commercial purposes without a separate agreement

Refunds

If FleaWinder™ does not work on your system, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. iOS refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Contact

Embeddable Widget

The FleaWinder embeddable circus widget is provided under the following additional terms:

  • The FleaWinder attribution badge must remain visible and unobscured at all times. You may not hide, remove, cover, or alter the badge via CSS, JavaScript, or any other means.
  • Embed tokens are domain-locked and non-transferable. Each token is valid only for the domain specified at purchase. Sharing, reselling, or transferring tokens to other domains is prohibited.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, deobfuscate, modify, or use the widget code as the basis for a competing product or derivative work.
  • Playable Future, LLC reserves the right to revoke any embed token that violates these terms, without notice or refund.
  • The widget is provided “as is” with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or compatibility. Playable Future, LLC is not liable for any disruption caused by widget downtime.

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. FleaWinder™ is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

Updates

Your desktop purchase includes all updates to the current major version (1.x). Future major versions may require a separate purchase. iOS updates follow the App Store release cycle.
