Terms of Use

These terms apply to FleaWinder apps, beta builds, downloads, public share pages, license and supporter flows, and the FleaWinder website. By using FleaWinder, you agree to use it respectfully and only in ways that do not interfere with the service or other people's devices.

Free use

FleaWinder is free to download and use. Some builds may include a reminder popup, supporter prompt, beta label, watermark, or optional seasonal/supporter feature. The core idea is still simple: a tiny circus for your devices.

Beta builds and platform availability

Some FleaWinder builds are distributed through Apple TestFlight or other beta channels. Beta builds may change, break, expire, lose data, or be removed while the app is being tested. App Store, TestFlight, iCloud, CloudKit, and Apple payment availability are controlled by Apple.

The Mac build, Apple beta builds, Windows classic desktop build, and future platform builds may not all have the same features at the same time. Platform labels on the download page are part of these terms.

Optional purchases

Supporter, Patron, gift, license, x402, or similar purchases are optional ways to support FleaWinder or unlock specific extras described at checkout. Unless a checkout page says otherwise, website purchases are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.

A license key is personal to you or the gift recipient. You may use it on devices you own or control, but you may not resell it, publish it, or use it to provide a competing hosted service.

Apple purchases

Purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms, payment rules, family sharing rules, and refund process. We do not control Apple's approval, billing, or refund systems.

Public shares and uploads

If you create a share card, public troupe link, letter share, gallery submission, or similar public artifact, you are responsible for what you choose to share. Do not upload or share content that infringes someone else's rights, contains private information you do not have permission to share, or is abusive, illegal, or harmful.

We may hide, remove, rate-limit, or disable shared content, tokens, uploads, or accounts when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Cross-device sync

Optional sync and pairing features are provided to help your circus move between devices. You are responsible for keeping pairing codes, share links, and bearer tokens private. Anyone with a valid token or link may be able to view or access the data that token permits until you revoke it.

Embeddable widget

The FleaWinder embeddable widget is provided for authorized sites and domains. Attribution must remain visible. Tokens may be domain-locked, rate-limited, revoked, or changed if the widget is abused, hidden, modified to mislead users, or used outside the purchased/authorized scope.

Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute, resell, publish, or share license keys or tokens;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where law allows;
• use FleaWinder to attack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service;
• remove required attribution from hosted or embedded web experiences;
• use FleaWinder branding to mislead people about affiliation or endorsement.

Refunds

For website purchases, contact us within 30 days if something does not work or you are unhappy with the purchase. Apple purchases and refunds are handled through Apple. Crypto/x402-style payments may be harder to reverse; contact us and we will handle reasonable support requests in good faith.

Updates and availability

FleaWinder may change over time. Features, beta channels, downloads, sync behavior, share pages, and prices may be added, removed, renamed, or changed. We try to keep the circus available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of every build.

FleaWinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Playable Future, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of FleaWinder, beta builds, downloads, public shares, sync features, or the website.
